EchoReads is a SaaS platform that provides an automated service to convert written blog content into audio podcasts using advanced text-to-speech technology, allowing users to publish, distribute, and monetize their audio content.
As a User, you agree that any content provided by you remains your responsibility. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to utilize the content, and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the original content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publicize, and display the content for the purpose of providing the Service.
EchoReads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services; (b) any unauthorized access or use of the Service or servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of the Service; or (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service.
EchoReads provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Furthermore, EchoReads does not warrant that the Service is error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
EchoReads offers several subscription plans with fees billed on a recurring basis. Further details regarding pricing, as well as terms related to upgrading or downgrading service plans, are explicitly outlined on the EchoReads pricing page.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, users will still have access to the Service through the end of their current billing cycle. Refunds for partial months or unused service will not be provided.
EchoReads and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EchoReads Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

The paying customer retains ownership of all AI-generated content created using EchoReads, including but not limited to text and audio content. This ownership is subject to the following conditions:
